Category / Uses: ideal for large parks and gardens. The dense foliage makes it useful for shelter, shade or street planting.

Position: grows all in a wide range of soils but thrives in moist, well drained soil in a sunny to partly shaded position. Tolerates light frost. Cultivate soil before planting. Dig hole twice the width of the container. Remove plant from container and place into the hole so the soil level is the same as the surrounding ground.

Care: benefits from summer watering.
